We believe in responsible technology deployment. To prevent unauthorized recording and protect the privacy of bystanders, the Product features a hardcoded, unbypassable physical privacy indicator.

• The Blinking Flash Indicator: Whenever the Product is actively recording video or capturing audio, a prominent external LED indicator light flashes continuously on the frame of the glasses.
• Visible Notification: This blinking flash serves as an explicit, real-time visual notification to any individuals in the user’s line of sight that recording is in progress.
• No Privacy Breach: Because the Product actively and conspicuously signals its recording status to the surrounding environment, it does not facilitate secret, covert, or surreptitious surveillance. Consequently, the operational design of the Product ensures there is no breach of public or bystander privacy expectations.

4. Information We Collect

When you use the Product and its companion mobile application, we may collect the following types of information:

• Device Data: Device ID, firmware version, battery status, and operational logs.
• Media Files: Photos and videos captured by the Product are stored locally on the device. No content is shared with us.
